Since last 11 years we have started Vocational training classes for students those who could not go for high professional Degrees and those unemployed personnel of the closed down textile mills and industries.
In fact Industries don't get skilled workers and on the other end Graduates in Arts, Science, Commerce do not get employment. Our institute made efforts for those and has made a project on Vocational Training in different common trades like WIREMAN, WELDER, FITTER, PLUMBER, VEHICLE REPAIRING, for those whose education is below S.S.C. and ELECTRONICS, COMPUTER, REFRIGERATION, AIR-CONDITIONING, ACCOUNTING, NURSES for average needy unemployed. Our trust is regd. With Charity Commissioner Gujarat State vide regd. No. E6700 of 31-8-1987 The NATIONAL COMMITTEE for PROMOTION of SOCIAL and ECONOMICAL WELFARE, Dept. of Revenue Govt. Of INDIA have approved our project vide notification no.1120E to Establish, Runnig and Recurring of a Technical School at Village SOLA, Dist. Ahmedabad. U/s 35AC of Income tax Act by which Donor gets 100% relief in Incometax. We are also registered under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (F.C.R.A.) by Govt. of INDIA regd. no: 041910299.
We have procured a piece of Land on Surkhej Gandhinagar highway for the purpose and Architect have made detailed plan and estimated cost for the same which comes to Rs. 80 lacs for construction and equipments. We want to undertake construction of Equipped Workshop, Theory rooms, Store, Administrative Block and Canteen, and purchase of Machinery, Equipments and Tools. We wish to get this amount with your esteemed cooperation but will take its own time. So we have started a Pilot project and started Vocational Training Classes at Free of any FEE for the class in 5 trades viz. repairs of Domestic appliances Electronics like Radio-TV; Wireman; Computer-Hardware-D.T.P.; Tailoring-Knitting; and Refrigeration-Airconditioning. These classes are run in the evening time between 5 to 8pm (to accommodate school-college students) in the Basement of Gopalsurya Complex, Sola Road, Owned by Lions Club of MANAVMANDIR. At present 37th Batch is running of 60 Training of different age,
Education and Cast Group.
